Enter to Win Western Publishers Association Maggie Awards
Western Publishers Association (WPA) is taking entries for their 2010 MAGGIE Competition, which honors publishing efforts west of the Mississippi River. The WPA will be evaluating entries in three main categories: Print Publications; Web Publications and E-newsletters; and Digital Publications.

The MAGGIE Call4Entries and an Online Registration Form are now available online. WPA has improved the MAGGIE process to make registering and entering simpler and less time-consuming. Most entries can now be submitted online. Due to the new online process, the MAGGIE Call4Entries will not mail this year. WPA recommends you download your copy of the MAGGIE Call4Entries, read through the instructions, and select your categories before you begin registration.

As an added incentive, WPA is offering A 5% membership discount and one free MAGGIE entry to all publishing companies who either renew their WPA membership... or join as a new WPA member, before December 31, 2009! (You must enter more than one category to qualify. The discount and Free Maggie entry will be deducted from your membership rate.)

The 59th Annual MAGGIE Awards Banquet will be held on Friday, May 7, 2010 at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel at the Los Angeles International Airport.

Please note that entries are limited to print, web and digital magazines, tabloids and newsletters published west of the Mississippi River, or published for distribution only in the states west of the Mississippi River (Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming).
