Better Safe Than Sorry
Check to make sure you have the “Lane Press PDF Preset” selected in your layout application each time you go to create PDF files. If this setting changes – say in the event of a system crash – any PDFs created in a default setting will need to be re-created.
Handling Rejection
InSite customers: Take care to reject any bad PDF pages in InSite before you upload new versions. This helps to avoid confusion and ensures that the right version of each page is imposed.

InSite Tip #2: Customizing Your Smart Review Window

The current version of the InSite Smart Review screen defaults to showing all window panels, which have to be closed every time you open the window.

There's a trick to changing this default interface:

Launch Smart Review, and close all unwanted panels.
Close the Smart Review window (but don't leave InSite or quit your browser).
Re-launch Smart Review, and you should see your desired interface.

Your machine will keep this interface configuration in memory (unless your machine experiences a significant crash), so you should not have to go through this operation again.
